Genbook partners with exceptional companies
- Site Builders
- Hosting Companies
- Web Designers
- Review Sites
- Directories and Portals
- SEM/SEO Consultants
...and many others who can help small businesses grow their web presence
Genbook has one of the most generous partnering programs in the industry. You increase your revenue - often dramatically - and your clients grow their businesses by providing simple, powerful, flexible online scheduling. Genbook is easily integrated with the business's website for returning customers and with directories, referral sites, emails, etc., to bring in new ones. Your clients get booked appointments - not just clicks - in real time, 24/7, without additional staffing.
And they get Genbook Free, well, Free. Without time limits, nag screens or broken functions. You still get partner commissions. You don't have to sell anything - just recommend a great service and set them up to use it. We think many of your small business clients will want the extra functionality they get from Genbook Standard, which is priced at $39.99/mo. If they do, you profit even more.

How much can I earn in commissions?
Commissions range from $5 for each Genbook Free account to $40 + 15% of ongoing revenue up to a year for Genbook Standard. They are paid after a business's BookNow! button has been live for 30 days.
How can I track my commissions?
You can track your earnings online through our Partner Portal. Once enrolled as a Partner, you will receive your own Partner ID, which will provide you with access to a broad array of reports and marketing material at the Portal.
How do I know how much commission I've earned?
You can access data about sign-ups, buttons that have been live for 30 days and payments due to you at the Portal.
How and when am I paid for my sign-ups?
You will receive a check on a monthly basis if we owe you commissions that month.
How do I get started? How do I set up links?
Once you are enrolled and approved as a Partner, you simply use the URL generated for you at the Portal. Any Genbook accounts that are originated from that URL are automatically credited to your account.
Does it cost me anything to become a Partner? Are there minimums?
No! It's absolutely free to join our Partner Program. There is no fee to apply and there is no minimum sales requirement.
Can a web site outside the United States be an Affiliate?
Not at the moment. For the time being, Buttons have to be for US websites too.
How do I sign up?
First, you must read and accept our Channel Partner Agreement. Next, complete the online application form for the Program. After your application is received, we will contact you to let you know if you have been accepted. We will then provide you with information about how to get started.
Is my business eligible to become a Partner?
Most businesses will qualify to participate in the Program. Anyone may submit an application, but we do reserve the right to refuse or revoke membership at any time.
What are my responsibilities as a Partner?
The only thing you are responsible for is using the URL to help service businesses create and place Genbook BookNow! buttons. We handle everything else.
I don't have a web site. Can I still apply?
Yes. (It does seem odd though.) Accounts still have to be created from your URL.
Will becoming a Partner increase traffic to my site?
Our Program is a revenue-sharing program. It is not designed to help you increase traffic to your site. However, the program enhances your site by positioning it as a premier source for online appointments.
Where should I place the URLs on my site and how often should I update them?
You should place links where they are easy for your site visitors to find. We suggest placing your links on your homepage, your navigation bar, etc. If you place the links in an easily accessible location, your visitors will be more likely to click through to our site and enroll. Once you establish the links, there is no need to update them.
Do I earn commissions on my own Genbook account?
Yes. When you enroll through your URL, you earn the same commission that you would from a visitor purchase. Read the terms and conditions in the Channel Partner Agreement, though. Multiple accounts for the same business are not allowed.
What about cancellations?
If an account you created does not maintain its button for 30 days and if a Genbook Standard account cancels or downgrades within the first 12 months, remaining commissions are cancelled.
Who handles customer service?
We do all of that! All you have to do is place our URL on your web site and, of course, you should encourage its use.
How will you know that the sign-up came from my site?
The URLs that link from your site to our site contain a unique identifier. Every time a user comes to us via your link, we know to credit your account when a client signs up. We cannot recognize accounts created other ways.
