I have been in skin care for over 5 years. My passion is to make my clients feel beautiful. Whether through a facial or even just a brow wax, when my client walks out the door they certainly feel better about their appearance. My services include everything from facials, chemical peels and full body waxing. The location of my business is in NW Glendale, AZ.

Before Genbook

I just used a regular appointment book and my clients would call me to schedule. The hassle with making appointments that way was if I couldn't answer the phone, we would sometimes play phone tag. That can get very frustrating for clients that want to book right when they have time to call.

And now?

I love Genbook, because it is very user friendly and allows my clients to book when it is convenient for them. Getting set up on Genbook was extremely simple! The other companies we looked at were not simple at all. And now I just hand out my business card to customers and they make the appointment.

It is also very cool to be able to say to my potential clients "you can book online". They love that aspect and will book online just out of curiosity if nothing else.

Your favorite thing about Genbook?

The "Book Now" button. It looks very professional. And the reminder emails are great. Very rarely do I have a client not remember the appointment.
