I have been practicing for 8 years now. I specialize in Orthopedic Massage treating acute and chronic pain syndromes. My clients also come to me for general stress reduction and relaxation. My office is located outside the heart of Watertown Square in Massachusetts.

Before Genbook

Before genbook, I used to send an email to all my clients with my availability for the whole week, but I would frequently have people requesting the same appt so I would have to schedule on a first come (email) first serve basis. I would frequently have to play email and phone tag, and that would get real exhausting!

And now?

Genbook has helped my business tremendously! Lots of new clients every week, and old clients are booking more frequently. I have more room to breath and don't have to play email or phone tag anymore. I also love the customer reviews and have been very pleased with the comments.

Your favorite thing about Genbook?

Everything about how easy it is. And how I get an email sent right to my inbox. I look forward to upgrading to the Standard Edition soon so I can get text messages.

What are you doing with the time Genbook has saved you?

I have been able to read more, do business chores, just get out and take a walk and feel more in control of my business.
